Autostock DMS is a business-to-business software product developed by Autostock Digital Limited. It allows authorised automotive dealerships and their staff to manage vehicles, customers, finance applications, and related operations.
Autostock DMS does not collect personal information from the general public or App Store users. Authorised users within each dealership may enter data such as vehicle information, customer details, and staff records. This data is controlled solely by the dealership.
Data entered into Autostock DMS is used solely to operate dealership management features and provide support. We never sell, rent, or share dealership data for marketing purposes.
All data is securely hosted with encryption and access control. Access is restricted to authorised dealership users and administrators. Regular backups and monitoring protect against loss or unauthorised access.
Autostock DMS may integrate with authorised third-party systems (e.g. email, accounting, or marketplace APIs) only with dealership consent.
Dealerships retain ownership of their data and may request export, correction, or deletion by contacting support.
Autostock DMS is intended for business use only and is not designed for children under 13 years of age.
